Job J Neroth (ARN-57874) is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor, Sunshine Financials is the Brand. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes and receive commission from Asset Management Companies for doing so. We are not SEBI Registered Investment Advisers, and the material on this website is general information rather than a personalised recommendation for you.

We bring a deliberately independent perspective to wealth management. We are empanelled with 45+ AMCs and 9200+ schemes. We have no sales target. We are also transparent about how we are paid — the ranges are published on our Commission Disclosure page, and we will tell you exactly what we earn on your portfolio if you ask.

For mutual fund distribution we are paid trail commission by the AMC out of the scheme's expense ratio. There is no separate charge debited to you by us. The applicable ranges are set out on our Commission Disclosure page. Where any service is offered on a fee basis, the scope and fee are agreed in writing before the work begins.

We never hold client money. Your investments are held by SEBI-regulated entities — the Asset Management Companies and their registrars — and all payments go directly to them. We use only SEBI regulated market infrastructure entities such as NSEINVEST, CAMS360 or KFINTECH to enable MF transactions.

There are always peaks and troughs, and the evidence is consistent that very few people achieve long-term success by trying to time entry and exit. Asset allocation has an overwhelming influence on the variation in investment returns, which is why we concentrate on that rather than on market calls.

Not for mutual funds — a SIP can begin at ₹500 a month. Some products such as PMS, AIF and certain global or GIFT City routes carry statutory minimums set by the regulator or the manufacturer, and we will tell you what those are before you consider them.

Yes, and it is one of the most common reasons people come to us. We will look in detail at your existing investments, insurance policies and tax position, highlight the strengths of your current situation, and set out where we would recommend change. Yes. Around a tenth of our investors are non-resident, across more than ten countries. Reviews happen over video, documentation is digital wherever the rules allow, and we handle NRE/NRO, FATCA and repatriation paperwork. Note that some AMCs restrict investments from US and Canada residents; we will confirm your eligibility first.

Regular updates and periodic reports on your portfolio, plus 24/7 online access through our Analytics portal. You will also receive occasional written notes when something material changes. We would rather send you three useful notes a year than twelve forgettable ones.

We take confidentiality seriously. Data is used in-house for servicing your investments and is shared only with the KRAs, RTAs, AMCs and other regulated intermediaries who need it to process your application, plus anyone we are legally required to share it with. Never. We will not ask for passwords, OTPs, net-banking credentials, card PINs or CVV numbers, and we will never ask you to transfer money to a personal account. If anyone claiming to represent us does so, please report it to us immediately at services@sunshinefinancials.com.

Write to services@sunshinefinancials.com first — we acknowledge within one working day and aim to resolve within seven. If you are not satisfied you can escalate to the proprietor, then to the AMC, to AMFI, and finally through SEBI SCORES.
