1. Who we are

This website is owned and operated by Sunshine Financials, a sole proprietorship of Job J Neroth, having its office at Flat B-401, Spartan Heights Apartments, 16/17, Richmond Road, Shanthalanagar, Bengaluru – 560025, Karnataka, India.

Job J Neroth is an AMFI Registered Mutual Fund Distributor holding AMFI Registration Number ARN-57874 and EUIN E055793, valid from 01-Jan-2027 to 31-Dec-2029. We distribute regular plans of mutual fund schemes.

We are not SEBI Registered Investment Advisers. We do not provide investment advisory services as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013, and we do not charge investors a separate advisory fee for mutual fund distribution.

Beyond mutual funds, we also act as a distributor / referral partner for Specialised Investment Funds (SIF), Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIF), Insurance, Fixed Deposits, Corporate Bonds and GIFT City structures. For these, we introduce you to the AMC, insurer, PMS provider, broker or NBFC concerned, who manufactures, executes and services the product; we may earn a referral fee or commission from them for doing so. 2. Nature of the information on this website

All content on this website — including pages, articles, blog posts, calculators, illustrations, charts and downloadable material — is provided for general information and educational purposes only. It:

• does not constitute a personal recommendation, research, or a suggestion to buy, sell or hold any security, scheme or product;

The calculators provided on this website are educational tools. Every output is a mathematical projection of the assumptions you enter — particularly the assumed rate of return and inflation rate — and is not a forecast, projection, promise or guarantee of any outcome.

Calculator outputs do not account for taxes, exit loads, transaction costs, expense ratios, scheme-level charges, dividend distribution, changes in tax law, or your personal circumstances. Actual results will differ, may be materially lower, and may be negative. Sunshine Financials accepts no liability whatsoever for any decision taken on the basis of these outputs.

5. Commission and conflicts of interest

We receive commission from Asset Management Companies and other product manufacturers in respect of investments made through us. This creates a potential conflict of interest, which we manage by recommending on the basis of suitability and by disclosing the applicable commission ranges on our Commission Disclosure page. Any specific commission applicable to a transaction will be disclosed to you on request.

6. Insurance

Insurance is a subject matter of solicitation. Any reference to insurance products on this website is general in nature. Please read the sales brochure and policy wording carefully for details of benefits, exclusions, limitations, terms and conditions before concluding a sale.

7. No regulatory guarantee

Registration granted by SEBI, membership of AMFI and certification from NISM in no way guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns to investors.

11. Fraud and impersonation warning

We will never ask you for your passwords, OTPs, net-banking credentials, card PINs or CVV numbers. We will never ask you to transfer money to any personal account. All mutual fund investments must be made by payment directly to the relevant AMC or through authorised platforms. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Sunshine Financials and asks for any of these, do not comply, and please report it to us immediately at services@sunshinefinancials.com.

12. Governing law

This website and this disclaimer are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
